Kathy Doores
CRNA, MSN
Owner & Injector of Elizabeth Grace Aesthetics
Kathy is a St. Louis native who graduated from Millikin University with her BSN in 2000. After working as an Emergency Room RN for two years, she moved to York, PA to begin a new adventure with her husband Brent. Two years as an operating room RN and 1 year in open heart ICU prepared her for anesthesia school at Drexel University, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2008. Going on 18 years as a Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA) providing care to patients undergoing all types of surgery. Kathy is now using her critical thinking knowledge and hands on skills in the world of aesthetics.
Dara Santos
PA-C

Dara brings 12 years of experience to the practice as a board - certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Lycoming College. She then pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at Bloomsburg University and later completed her second master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Lock Haven University. She is a certified cosmetic injector and focuses on neurotoxin injections to help you feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and looking your absolute best.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as their family dog Cabo.
Natania "Nat" Axe Brown
CRNA, DNP
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Nat is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at Elizabeth Grace Aesthetics, where she delivers safe, high quality care as a self motivated professional. Holding a BSN in chemistry and nursing, Nat pursed advanced education as a doctoral prepared nurse anesthetist in Pennsylvania and Maryland. With over 15 years of experience as a CRNA, Nat aims to promote self confidence and overall physical well being. Her passion for aesthetics led to undergo training in basic and advanced neurotoxins & dermal fillers through AMET. Following her training, Nat enrolled in an Advanced RAMP Botox and Filler residency program in Virginia to further enhance her aesthetic expertise. Driven by the conviction that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and empowered. Nat is dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey.
