Kathy Doores, CRNA, MSN
Kathy is a St. Louis native who earned her BSN from Millikin University in 2000. After two years as an Emergency Room RN, she moved to York, PA to begin a new adventure with her husband, Brent. Her time in the operating room & open-heart ICU prepared her for anesthesia school at Drexel University, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2008.
With over 18 years of experience as a Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA), Kathy has provided care to patients across a wide range of surgical specialties. She now brings her medical expertise, precision, & hands-on skill to the world of aesthetics — helping clients achieve beautiful, natural results with safety & artistry.
Mobile Injector
Dara Santos, PA-C
Dara brings over 12 years of experience to the practice as a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lycoming College, followed by a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Bloomsburg University. She later completed her second master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University.
As a certified cosmetic injector, Dara specializes in neurotoxin treatments designed to help clients feel refreshed, rejuvenated, & confidently themselves.
Outside of work, Dara enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, & their family dog, Cabo.
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Natania "Nat" Axe Brown, CRNA, DNP
As an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Nat provides safe, high-quality care with a commitment to excellence. Holding Bachelor of Science degrees in both Chemistry & Nursing, she pursued advanced education as a doctoral-prepared Nurse Anesthetist, practicing in both Pennsylvania & Maryland. With over 15 years of experience as a CRNA, Nat is passionate about promoting self-confidence & overall well-being. Her interest in aesthetics led her to complete advanced training in neurotoxins & dermal fillers through AMET, followed by an Advanced RAMP Botox & Filler Residency Program in Virginia to further refine her expertise.
Driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel beautiful & empowered, Nat is dedicated to supporting her clients on their aesthetic journey with precision, care, & artistry.
